Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Associate Brand Manager to join our Toronto-based team on a 16-month contract . This role will support the management and growth of our Canadian portfolio, including Rio Mare, through day-to-day brand execution, insights, and cross-functional collaboration. Reporting to Director of Marketing, the Associate Brand Manager will play a key role in supporting day-to-day brand activities, execution of marketing programs, and collaboration with cross-functional and external partners. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their brand management career who is eager to gain broad experience in consumer-packaged goods.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Program Execution

• Lead end-to-end coordination of integrated marketing initiatives, including creative development, in-store merchandising, trade shows, consumer sampling programs, sponsorships, and experiential activations to drive brand awareness and engagement

Advertising & Digital Marketing Coordination

Social Media & Community Management

Cross-Functional & External Coordination

Market & Business Analytics

Ad hoc Project Management & Administrative Support
