Responsibilities : Assist in managing client accounts with various customer bases across the GTA Provide superior customer service to customers and clients  Demonstrate sales expertise by adding new customers while also nurturing strong relationships with existing clients Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understand their needs to provide them with personally tailored solutions  Provide comprehensive and accurate product information to customers  Identify and address customer concerns Collaborate and support the sales and management teams in developing strategies for business development  Must be dedicated to cultivating a team environment that encourages and rewards honesty, professionalism, respect and inclusion Qualifications : 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role  Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, analyze and read customers to provide innovative customer solutions Outgoing and energetic personality that easily allows you to connect with customers and clients  Capable of working well in a team and independently  Customer service-oriented, ready to go the extra mile for colleagues and clients  Responsible, proactive, accountable  Goal oriented Must be looking an in-person role (not work from home) and full-time hours  Please submit your resume to our HR department to be considered for this position.  Powered by JazzHR
