We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrator with a willingness to learn different duties to join our client's team in South Edmonton. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth financial operations, assisting with customer service, dispatching, data entry and AP / AR.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to management and various departments
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
Assist with data entry and maintenance within ERP and other business systems.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Maintain accurate and organized records, both digital and physical.
Support office operations and liaise with vendors as necessary.
Adapt to changing priorities and take on new tasks as required.
Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative role with AP / AR duties.
Previous experience in Customer Service
Understanding of AP / AR tasks, financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
