Job description

We are currently recruiting for a well-established company in Winnipeg for an Accounts Payable Administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Database administration including data entry
  • Invoice Management
  • Month-end accruals
  • Reviewing monthly statements
  • Responding to vendor and supplier inquiries
  • Paper filing
  • Other administrative tasks as required
  • Qualifications

    What are we looking for?

  • 1-2 years experience in accounts payable
  • Professional team player with strong communication skills and adaptable
  • Excellent understanding and application of Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A great student mentality - you are not afraid to ask questions!
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable with a solid ability to multi-task
