Overview : The Associate Director / Director, Programmatic will play a key role in Klick’s Media team, working to enhance, expand, and innovate Klick’s programmatic offering. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise, who will oversee projects from start to finish and manage a dynamic team, ensuring quality client service, flawless campaign execution, and continuous team development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Shape and execute programmatic media strategies aligned with client goals, with a focus on healthcare and pharmaceutical markets advertisers.
- Campaign Oversight : Analyze performance, drive strategic optimizations, and maintain high standards in programmatic and display media operations across several clients.
- Client Partnership : Act as the primary point of contact for client marketing teams and internal stakeholders, delivering programmatic media insights and recommendations that support client objectives and foster account growth.
- Team Management : Mentor and manage a team of junior programmatic traders, enhancing their skill sets and ensuring a positive, collaborative team environment.
- Innovation & Development : Identify new programmatic opportunities, develop a testing framework, and share insights on evolving best practices across the agency.
- Operational Excellence : Implement efficient processes and quality control measures, aiming to streamline workflows and optimize resource use across campaigns.
- Performance & Accountability : Lead by example, instilling a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
