Our client, a cutting-edge architectural firm in Victoria, BC , is seeking a talented Intermediate Architectural Technologist to help connect the fabric of Vancouver Island.

If you're passionate about bringing designs to life, thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and want to work on impactful commercial and institutional projects—this is your chance!

What You Bring :

Education : Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent technical training
Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience in architectural technology
Software Skills : Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and MS Office , with knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD LT considered a plus

Your Role :

As an Intermediate Architectural Technologist , you will play a key role in designing and delivering diverse projects across Victoria and beyond. Your work will include :

Bringing Designs to Life – Utilize cutting-edge design software to create architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials

Diverse Project Exposure – Work on commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments that shape the community

Technical Expertise – Analyze reports, review specifications, and ensure technical precision in project execution

Collaboration & Coordination – Work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery

Site Involvement – Assist in contract administration, quality control, and project monitoring
