Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Outerwear Senior Designer at Thread Collective Inc. in Montreal, QC. The Senior Designer will be responsible for leading the design and development of outerwear apparel and accessories, staying up-to-date with industry trends, creating mood boards, developing technical sketches, overseeing sampling and fitting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products to market. Qualifications Expertise in outerwear design, apparel development, and fashion trendsProficiency in creating mood boards and technical sketchesExperience in overseeing sampling and fitting processesStrong communication and collaboration skillsKnowledge of fabric properties, garment construction, and manufacturing processesAbility to work under tight deadlines and fast-paced environmentsDegree in Fashion Design or related fieldExperience with CAD software and Adobe Creative Suite
