À propos du poste

Pour le compte de notre client dans le secteur de Transport, Astek Canada recherche un(e) PCO-Project Control Officer motivé(e) et prêt(e) à relever de nouveaux défis.

Vos responsabilités

En tant que PCO-Project Control Officer, vous serez amené(e) à :

Connaissance de project online et / ou SAP (module de gestion de projet).
Assurer le suivi des tâches et vérifier le respect des échéanciers en cours de projet.
Mettre à jour régulièrement les plans de projet pour refléter l’avancement réel et identifier les écarts par rapport au plan initial.
Surveiller les coûts associés aux projets et assurer le suivi des dépenses pour respecter le budget alloué.
Produire des rapports financiers et alerter les gestionnaires en cas de dépassements budgétaires potentiels.
Générer des rapports d’avancement incluant les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI), l’état des risques et celui des livrables.
Garantir que les informations critiques sont transmises aux parties prenantes en temps opportun.
Identifier les risques et contribuer à la mise en place de plans d'atténuation.
Participer à l’évaluation des impacts des changements sur le budget, l’échéancier et les ressources.
Maintenir une liaison continue entre l’équipe projet et les départements clés (architecture, cybersécurité, etc.) pour garantir l’alignement et la cohérence.
Proposer des améliorations aux processus de gestion de projet, incluant la mise en œuvre d’outils et pratiques optimisés.
