About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Applied Analytics and through the Manager to the Director, Analytics, the Data Analyst provides subject matter expertise of analytical activities related to workforce. The individual will integrate information from various systems to support data-driven decisions, in collaboration with other Analytics team members.

The Data Analyst independently addresses issues and designs decisions of moderate complexity with little or no supervision and delivers clear communication and documentation of complex concepts and issues related to clinical and corporate analytical problems and solutions across the organization.

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have the following :

Degree in Computer Science, Digital Innovation or equivalent, Master’s Degree preferred

1-3 years of practical experience with MLOps and full-stack web development. Consideration may be given to those with equivalent training and work experience

Very knowledgeable with the following methods and technologies :

Databases (SQL Server)

Development languages (Python)

Front- and back-end development (Angular preferred)

ETL processes

Cloud technologies (Azure preferred)

Pipelines for model deployment

Version control systems (Git)

APIs (REST)

Having worked in teams who collaborate using Scrum and Agile methodologies

Ability to work collaboratively with peers, team leads and managers

Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information

Ability to work independently

Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Hours

Long assignment, full-time position, 75 hrs bi-weekly

Beginning as soon as possible with an expected end date of January 20, 2026 (Approximately 12 months)

Compensation and Benefits

37.61 - $47.01 Hourly
