Job description

We're seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Halifax. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play an important role in sourcing qualified candidates to ensure our clients' staffing needs are met. What We Offer :

  • Salary : $40,000 - $50,000 / yr plus uncapped commission
  • Job Type / Shift : Full-time, Permanent (hybrid)
  • Benefits : RRSP matching program, medical & dental benefits plus three weeks’ vacation

What You'll Do :

  • Actively identify and qualify exceptional candidates, matching them with rewarding career opportunities.
  • Understand and manage client needs and expectations to deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain valuable connections within the industry, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Continuously refine strategies to enhance recruitment processes and results.
