Responsibilities : Help customers with questions about insurance and specifics of their policies Inform clients about our products and make sure they are aware of their choices Advise customers on how to successfully leverage the product / service based on their unique needs. Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic. Requirements : 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent time-management and prioritization skills Learn about the products inside and out to be able to answer any questions from customers.
