Job Title : Avionics Technician (Accommodations, Mileage, Per diem)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with an E license for a long-term contract. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on M1 type aircraft, and be adept at performing wiring and installations. The role involves removing old Honeywell Systems and installing Garmin systems for various projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform wiring and installations on M1 type aircraft.
• Remove old Honeywell Systems and install Garmin systems.
• Upgrade avionics systems for customers.
• Commit to a minimum of 6 months, with the possibility of long-term employment.

We offer the opportunity for full-time roles at the end of the contract if agreed upon. Accommodations are provided or a monthly allowance is given. Additionally, we cover mileage and offer a daily per diem.

Work Environment

You will be working in a hangar with 35-40 technicians, with 20 people per shift. Full-time employees work on a 7 on 7 off rotation (7am-7pm). Contractors are expected to work 10-12 hour days on a day shift, with weekend work available.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $58.00 / hr.
