We are ideally seeking candidates with the following qualifications :
Self motivated, reliable, responsible, friendly and hard working
Experience with meat cutting, preparation and food service compliance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills in performance management, coaching, supervision, quality management, results achievement, developing budgets, implementing standards, fostering teamwork and leading a team
Ability to handle pressure and provide feedback to employees in tough or uncomfortable situations
Commitment to cooperative values and principles
Sense of urgency, and customer first attitude
Physically capable of performing dynamic and static movements, repetitive motions, and repeated lifting of up to 50Ibs unassisted
Ability to work in cool and damp environments
Management / Leadership experience considered an asset.
