Job Description

As the Retoucher for the Marketing Department, you will contribute to Laura’s success by editing images in Photoshop, and maintaining the quality of the images.

How will you support the team?

• Assist in ensuring all required images meet the standards and deadlines are met.
• Ensure that proper naming convention is used to file images correctly.
• Ensure all retouching tools and software required are present and functional to maintain maximum studio efficiency.
• Help ensure a maximum quality control of images captured.
• Assist in improving production efficiencies and workflow.
• Understand the workflow of the studio and follow studio operating procedures.
• Responsible for creating and abiding by retouching guidelines.
• Maintain a high image quality and volume based on targets in accordance with company style guidelines.
• Must be able to coordinate and quality control any work from external retouchers, according to retouching guidelines (download / upload of FTP transfers).
• Responsible for archiving photos and ensuring backups are loaded onto company servers.
