Job descriptionMust have a class 5 unrestricted driver's license or higher Airbrake endorsement considered an asset Ability to understand, speak, and write English in-order-to communicate effectively with the traveling public and to report on incidents involving safety and / or service No criminal convictions or pending charges relating directly to the Wash Bay Attendant position Previous cleaning or detailing experience considered an asset Selected applicants will be required to participate in a comprehensive recruitment process which consists of interviews, drug and alcohol screening, criminal record and reference checks.
Wash Bay Attendant / Bus Cleaner
Location : Dawson Creek, BC
PWTransit is currently seeking a part-time Wash Bay Attendant / Bus Cleaner to join our team in Dawson Creek. The successful candidate will work 10 hours per week. The shift is Monday to Thursday, 2-3 hours evening shifts.
Duties :
- Clean the interior and exterior of company vehicles (transit buses and light duty vehicles)
- Clean interior / exterior of bus advertising and back lighting; report any interior lights that are not working; replace interior & exterior advertising signs when instructed to do so
- Miscellaneous building cleaning duties, dumping trashcans and washing floors when assigned
- Sanitization of buses in compliance with Provincial Health regulations
