Apricus Retirement Communities, Inc. is seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. Our company is dedicated to providing high-quality and compassionate care to our residents, and we are looking for an individual who shares our passion for making a difference in the lives of seniors.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our staff. Your daily tasks will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and handling general administrative duties. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and assisting with various projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple team members
- Manage and update resident and employee records
- Assist with preparing and distributing reports and documents
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and events
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying
- Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job
