Job description

Nouveau rôle : Agent Service Client

Emplacement : Lachine, QC (Hybride)

Poste permanent

Temps plein, lundi au vendredi, 9h00 à 1h7h30 (37,5 heures)

Responsabilités :

  • Escalades / appels de service accélérés / appels signalés
  • Suivi général des appels de service à la demande des clients ou des gestionnaires de comptes
  • Soutien au processus d’installation, le cas échéant
  • Saisie des données (enregistrement des nouveaux équipements dans SIMS)
  • Activités de nettoyage des données de base dans SIMS (suppression des équipements inactifs de SIMS)
  • Diverses autres tâches administratives en fonction des besoins (saisie des commandes)

Exigences :

  • Expérience du service à la clientèle
  • Expérience technique ou en manufacturier, de préférence
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft et d’Excel
  • Parfaitement bilingue en Anglais et francais
  • New role : Customer Service Agent

    Location : Lachine, QC (Hybrid)

    Permanent position

    Full time, Monday to Friday, 9 : 00am to 5 : 30pm (37.5 hours)

    Responsibilities :

  • Escalations / expedited service calls / flagged calls
  • General follow-ups on service calls as requested by customers or Hardt account managers
  • Support for the installations process as needed
  • Data Entry (registration of new equipment in SIMS)
  • Master Data cleansing activities in SIMS (removing inactive equipment from SIMS)
  • Various other admin tasks as needed (order entry)
  • Requirements :

  • Experience customer service (Technical background preferred)
  • Proficient in using Microsoft & excel
  • Fully Bilingual
