Job descriptionOversee preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. Prepare and / or review monthly billing documents, tax filings, and partner reconciliations. Ensure compliance with accounting and company policies. Maintain internal controls and support audit requirements. Identify and implement efficiencies in accounting processes. Support system upgrades and enhancements. Partner with other departments to ensure the accuracy of reporting. Provide financial insights to support business decisions. Provides clear direction, sets measurable goals, and holds team members accountable for performance and results. Coaches, develops, and supports team members through regular feedback, performance reviews, and career development planning. Fosters a high-performing, inclusive team culture that aligns with company values and business objectives. Minimum 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel English proficiency is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders..
