The salary offered is estimated to be within the following range : $85, 000- $100, 000 per year. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are still encouraged to apply.

Job Overview
Working under moderate supervision, this job contributes to Wawanesa success by designing, documenting, testing and supporting Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality solutions to meet business stakeholder requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis, design and documentation of both system and business requirements for application enhancements and projects.
- Conduct requirement sessions with business and system teams.
- Communicate system solutions in business and technical terms.
- Collaborate with multiple functions to ensure quality software
- Create test cases based on requirements documentation and defect resolutions
- Resolve both system and business requirement issues.
- Contribute to process and procedure improvements.
- Follow established practices, processes and guidelines.
- Keep up to date with current system standards and IS department established methodologies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Three years' experience performing systems or business analysis.
- Master Data Management (MDM) experience is considered an advantage.
- Proficient with industry leading data governance platforms. Informatica IICS MDM platform configuration in B360, C360 experience is considered an asset.
- Experience in SQL, Excel, data profiling and analysis skills is considered an asset.
- Completion of post-secondary degree / certificate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent analysis and problem solving skills using a structured approach.
- Excellent attention to detail skills to produce quality deliverables that accounts for all areas involved.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with style fitting for the audience and message.
- Strong planning and organizing skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in agile practices, scrum, kanban and continuous delivery.
- Experience in programming languages is considered an asset.
- Knowledge and experience in insurance industry is considered an asset.
