Our client a dedicated and long-standing services-based organization in Truro is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to support their small and collaborative this role you will work approximately 3 hours per week (one day per week) while managing the organizations bookkeeping functions.
Key Responsibilities for the Job :
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow
- Process accounts payable andissue cheques
- Prepare and process payroll for a small group of employees
- Oversee accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
- Coordinate corporate tax return preparation as required
