Reporting to the Director, Customer Relations, the Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding ERTH’s market presence within its technology divisions. This role involves developing strategic sales initiatives, acquiring new clients, and fostering strong relationships with existing customers to enhance overall business development. This position is a remote position and will require some travel to customer sites and ERTH offices.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets, utilizing CRM systems for accuracy and reliable forecasting.
- Identify, prospect, negotiate, and secure new deals while maintaining relationships with existing customers. Includes responses to RFPs and tenders, preparation of contracts and proposals and management of contract renewals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within the energy and technology sectors.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and post-sales support in coordination with the service delivery team.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement of offerings.
- Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior leadership.
- Represent ERTH at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
