Job descriptionHires fast, pays weekly. 4% vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque. Medical and dental benefits once qualified. Free training programs New and quicker onboarding process Rebuilding AR financial information and maintaining accurate records. Handling AR collections and ensuring timely payments from clients. Assisting with year-end activities and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Generating and reviewing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining customer accounts. Collaborating with other departments to resolve payment discrepancies. Ensuring that all AR transactions are recorded in the company's financial system in a timely manner. Handling inquiries from clients regarding payment status, billing issues, or discrepancies. Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada. Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and clients. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with AR software is an asset. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
