As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing strategic client accounts and generating new business through proactive outreach and engagement.

Job Overview

The Account Manager will manage client relationships, ensuring smooth delivery of recruitment solutions while identifying new opportunities for business growth. This individual must have experience in the staffing industry and a strong ability to develop new business leads through cold calling and networking.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management :

  • Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering on KPIs.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Business Development :

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base and expand business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to generate new leads.
  • Create and present proposals to prospective clients, negotiating contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Collaboration & Coordination :

  • Work closely with recruiters to ensure successful delivery on client staffing needs.
  • Monitor placement processes and resolve client or candidate issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design outreach campaigns for lead generation.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking :

  • Track client activities, sales metrics, and candidate placements to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Prepare and present reports on account progress, challenges, and business growth.
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Proven experience in business development and lead generation through cold calling and outreach.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment practices, staffing solutions, and labor market trends.
  • Ability to foster long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field (preferred).
