Analyst Accounts Payable

Department : Accounting

Location : On site Laval QC (4204 Boulevard Industriel H7L 0E3)

Type of employment : Permanent Full Time (40 hours)

Responsibilities

• Under the responsibility of the Accounts Payable Supervisor the Accounts Payable Analyst supports the Accounts Payable team in processing invoices and issuing payments.
• Enter invoices into the computer system;
• Reconcile data / purchases recorded at points of sale with account statements received from suppliers;
• Issue payment lists;
• Create accounting entries;
• Analyze various accounts;
• Respond to requests from various internal managers and suppliers;
• Perform any other related tasks.
