Our growing and highly respected team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Logistics Coordinator (weekends) to join our head office in Burlington, Ontario.

As a Part-Time Logistics Coordinator , you’ll be an integral member of our logistics team, supporting dispatch operations, customer service, and sales initiatives during weekend coverage. You’ll work closely with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure efficient, on-time delivery across Canada and the U.S., while maintaining compliance with all cross-border and customs requirements.

This role is ideal for someone with logistics and dispatch experience who is looking for consistent weekend hours after completing comprehensive in-office training.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with drivers to advise on pick-ups, deliveries, and route updates.
• Support drivers with on-road issues, including cross-border loads, ACE / ACI manifests, PARS / PAPS, and other customs documentation.
• Update shipment status and load details in Truckmate.
• Monitor and support route execution to maximize trailer utilization and service levels.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding scheduling, service updates, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with dispatch and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Ensure accurate customs information and timely communication with brokers and carriers to support smooth border crossings.
