Job Summary
Support daily office operations, handling clerical and organizational tasks.
Job Description
- Answering and transferring incoming calls.
- Electronic and paper filing as required.
- Prepare labels for file folders.
- Email invoices to customers.
- File sales invoices and details electronically.
- Print supplier invoices from incoming email and supplier websites.
- Prepare supplier invoices for data entry, ensure proper backup is attached, and sort in numerical order.
- Supplier invoices data entry.
- Archive prior year sales and purchases.
- Performs other related duties as needed
