Pay Range : $95,000 - $125,000

As Manager, Social Media, you will be the social media thought leader within the organization. Your primary responsibility is to help deliver the in-store and ecommerce growth targets for the Home Depot Canada. You will lead your team to manage a full circle of program deliverables including budgeting, program optimization, competitive research, reporting and analysis. You will also champion innovation across platforms to ensure our social presence remains performance-driven, as well as aligned with brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Strategy & Performance
- Develop the strategic roadmap for social media related activities and capabilities
- Develop tactical plans for all campaigns targeting multiple sections of the conversion funnel
- Interface with the marketing and planning teams to deploy new campaigns or make program modifications; execute corporate and full-serve vendor funded campaigns
- Social program upkeep; daily / weekly budget pacing and optimization to deliver against the forecast of the business, in terms of store visits (where possible) and HomeDepot.ca revenue
- Review and optimize always on programs such as DPA and Pinterest Shopping
- Lead all Social Media testing plans as well as incrementality testing
