Position : Recruitment Coordinator

Location : Kitchener, ON

Our busy and growing home care company is in immediate need of an organized and dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team!!We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about advancing their careerin the field of Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and initial resume screening.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
• Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract candidates.
• Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate pipeline status.
• Support other HR initiatives.

Onsite Position

Pay Range : $21.00 - $23.00 Per Hour
