Description de posteExperience in programming and analysis; specialized software package support at the specified experience level Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle Experience in structured methodologies for the development design implementation and maintenance of applications Experience in design code test debug and document applications Experience in the use of object and / or third generation language development tools Experience in one or more programming languages Experience in application design latest design patterns deployment and troubleshooting Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages Experience with one or more communications protocols Experience in structured methodologies for the design development implementation and maintenance of applications Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts Experience with application architecture front-end and amp; back-end integration API development Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines Proficient with both front end and back end development including any associated areas such as database design / management and DevOps and nbsp; Knowledge and experience with design and implementation of the overall web architecture Experience with implementation of approved user interface design and deployment of database Knowledge and experience ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability Knowledge and experience with the design and construction of REST API services Knowledge and experience integrating front-end UI with the constructed API Knowledge and experience in design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles concepts policies and practices Experience with middleware and gateways Experience reviewing analyzing and modifying product installation scripts including encoding testing debugging Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards Ability to provide user and system documentation as required High level of knowledge around the Angular framework and JavaScript. High level knowledge of front-end interfaces. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and good understanding of Swagger files. Demonstrated ability to create self-contained reusable and testable modules and components that build on the elements and modules of core AngularJS. Experience creating designing and implementing layouts for new and existing web pages. Excellent knowledge of front-end web programming languages such as HTML CSS JavaScript and AngularJS with ability to render server-side and client-side content. Experience designing user interactions on websites developing servers and databases for website functionality and coding for mobile platforms. Fundamental knowledge of UX / UI. Experience ensuring front end code is able to query APIs. Experience with Java WebLogic and Java programming for web applications (Tomcat Weblogic) EJB Servlet Strong database skills and SQL skills (Oracle SQL Server) Experience / knowledge of REST SOAP web services. Experience / knowledge of Azure DevOps JIRA agile / scrum 5 years working experience using Java EE frameworks extensively and nbsp;including Java EJB JPA JSP Servlets JDBS JNDI etc. 5 years working experience of developing Web-based Java EE and Cloud-Native applications using Angular React / Redux GraphQL JSON Spring Boot Spring MVC JavaScript Web Services Familiar with UI design principles and guidelines and nbsp;(Angular React / Redux Framework) Experience with Web services development and design and nbsp;both SOAP and ReST Experience with software development tools such as GitHub Azure Bootstrap Experience with data mapping and XML Parsing and nbsp; Experience with Oracle 19C Experience in developing complex Oracle PL / SQL scripts to retrieve and format data to and nbsp;meet businessrequirements and nbsp; Experience withOracle Database DML / DDL script development and nbsp; Experience working in a highly complex unionized and multi-stakeholder environment. and nbsp; Understanding ofOPS IT methodologies and standards and nbsp; experience with working experience of developing Web-based Java EE and Cloud-Native applications using Angular React / Redux GraphQL JSON Spring Boot Spring MVC JavaScript Web Services Demonstrated experience with Web services development including both SOAP and ReST Experience with Oracle 19C and in developing complex Oracle PL / SQL scripts to retrieve and format data to meet business requirements and design. ideally in the context of occupational and / or business registry systems.

Responsibilities
- Design implement and continuously expand data pipelines by performing extraction transformation and loading activities.
- Required to translate technical systems specifications into working tested applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications writing and / or generating code compiling data-driven programs maintaining and conducting unit tests. and nbsp;
- Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages including technical assistance in implementation conversion and migrations.
