Great Opportunity – Assistant Controller

Our client, experiencing strong growth, is looking to fill a permanent Assistant Controller position. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will support day-to-day accounting operations and contribute to process improvements. The work environment is collaborative and dynamic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly consolidated and divisional financial statements
• Perform journal entries, balance sheet and P&L analyses, and intercompany reconciliations
• Produce and analyze monthly KPIs
• Support cash flow management and inventory tracking
• Assist with annual budget and forecasts alongside department heads
• Recommend process improvements and help automate accounting tools

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or equivalent experience; CPA is an asset
• Ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and make quick decisions
• Team player with strong communication skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
