Downtown Toronto | High-Rise Residential Development

Looking to move beyond coordination and actually run projects?

A well-capitalized, active real estate developer with a strong pipeline of high-rise rental and condo developments is hiring a Development Associate ready to take real ownership and grow into a Development Manager .

This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead files — not just support them.

What you’ll be doing :

Running rezoning & entitlements end-to-end (OPA, ZBA, SPA, variances)
Managing consultants and approvals timelines
Working directly with municipalities & stakeholders
Supporting acquisitions, underwriting & feasibility
Driving schedules, budgets, and delivery alongside construction & finance

What we’re looking for :

2–5+ years in development / planning / urban approvals

Experience advancing rezoning or entitlement applications

Organized, proactive, commercially minded

Team player with a self-starter mentality

Motivated to grow into a Development Manager
