Looking to move beyond coordination and actually run projects?

A well-capitalized, active real estate developer with a strong pipeline of high-rise rental and condo developments is hiring a Development Associate ready to take real ownership and grow into a Development Manager .

This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead files — not just support them.

What you’ll be doing :

• Running rezoning & entitlements end-to-end (OPA, ZBA, SPA, variances)
• Managing consultants and approvals timelines
• Working directly with municipalities & stakeholders
• Supporting acquisitions, underwriting & feasibility
• Driving schedules, budgets, and delivery alongside construction & finance
