Description de posteSupervise, train, schedule, and motivate front desk agents Assign daily tasks and ensure adequate desk coverage Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or coaching Enforce hotel policies, procedures, and service standards Oversee reservations, room assignments, and rate accuracy Balance cash drawers, review shift reports, and manage billing issues Ensure proper use of the property management system (PMS) Coordinate room status with housekeeping and maintenance Prepare daily front desk reports and occupancy forecasts Assist with payroll, attendance, and performance documentation Maintain guest records and confidentiality standards Act as liaison between guests and other hotel departments Communicate operational issues to management Assist the Front Office Manager with planning and problem-solving Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and legal regulations Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively

A Hotel Front Desk Supervisor oversees daily front office operations and ensures excellent guest service. Typical duties include :
Guest Service & Experience
- Welcome guests and handle check-in / check-out procedures
- Resolve guest complaints, special requests, and service issues promptly
- Ensure a high standard of professionalism and hospitality at the front desk
- Handle VIP arrivals and special accommodations
