Build. of environmentally controlled manufacturing and logistics facilities for the global food and pharmaceutical industries. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic team, leading the successful delivery of complex greenfield construction projects from pre-construction through to close-out. The role plays a key part in delivering innovative, high-performance cold storage, food processing, and pharmaceutical facilities across North America. What We Offer - Competitive Salary - Benefit Program + RRSP Matching - Discretionary Bonus Program - Collaborative and innovative work environment - Training and development opportunities Key Responsibilities - Lead multiple projects from sales handover to turnkey delivery. - Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project execution. - Prepare scopes of work, oversee tendering, and manage subcontractor buyouts. - Identify and mitigate project risks; ensure compliance with contracts and specifications. - Coordinate closely with Site Superintendents and Project Coordinators to maintain progress and quality. - Maintain regular client communication and manage expectations. - Oversee construction documentation, change orders, RFIs, and financial reporting. - Support post-construction warranty and close-out procedures. Qualifications - 15+ years of project management experience in ICI construction, preferably in cold storage, food, or pharma facilities. - Strong background in greenfield construction projects. - Diploma or degree in Building Science, Construction Management, or related field. PMP certification or Engineering designation is an asset. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. - Excellent knowledge of contract administration, cost control, scheduling, and construction methodologies. - Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.
