City Build Recruitment is partnering with a leading engineering firm to hire a Senior Proposal Manager with deep experience in the civil infrastructure and energy sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a mission-driven team working on impactful projects in sustainability, decarbonization, and renewable energy .

We\'re seeking a strategic, detail-oriented proposal expert with a collaborative approach and a strong background in engineering-related submissions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end proposal development for public and private sector clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to craft tailored, strategic content.
• Manage proposal schedules, compliance requirements, and submission protocols.
• Customize and format proposals using InDesign and other creative tools.
• Support content strategy, pursuit planning, and internal process improvement.
