Job Summary :

Precise ParkLink’s Marketing & Communications team is seeking a Student Marketing Intern to support general marketing initiatives as they arise. This includes but is not limited to : general event and administrative tasks, content development, videography and photography, website enhancements, and onsite activations.

Location : 99 Floral Pkwy, North York, ON M6L 2C5. Position is in-office.

Employment : Full-time

Compensation : Hourly

Hours : 40 hours per week, 9 : 00 a.m-5 : 00 p.m

Mandatory Attributes :

Job Responsibilities / Duties :

SEO & Web Management : Lead updates and ongoing management of FindParkingNearMe.ca, including Google and Bing business listings.

Social Media : Manage weekly content scheduling and job postings across Precise ParkLink, Westhaven Group, and Royal LePage Commercial Westhaven.

Event Management : assist with annual ParkX series event, plan and coordinate annual tradeshows with third party associations, arrange event promotions at golf tournaments, support with onsite events, register sales and marketing employees for events

Order Management : Assist with processing and tracking marketing-related orders through NetSuite.

Work closely with respective marketing managers for social media, SEO and event management

Report to : SEO Manager

Qualifications (education / skills / experience) :

Valid G-grade driver’s license is required

Currently enrolled in (or recently completed) a post-secondary program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Adobe Acrobat or design tools is an asset
