• ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE- DAYS, AFTERNOONS, NIGHTS
• Wage is $23-$29 per hour depending on experience. As a set up technician you will be responsible for : -Testing all machine and tooling safeties, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic functions. -Setting up any and all tooling in any and all machinery, including auxiliary equipment, safely and efficiently. -Starting up equipment to achieve established processing parameters, and correct for environmental conditions as may be required, in order to produce parts that meet established quality and productivity requirements. -Must have advanced knowledge of various types' resins and associated materials. -Must have good understanding of all machine functions and how process changes affect quality and productivity. -Participate in development and maintenance of 6S program. -Maintain efficiency as given by Management. -2-3 years of experience as an injection moulding Set Up Technician is an strong asset.
