The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants.

This role requires strong time management skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.

Utilize hand tools and power tools safely for cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Conduct commercial cleaning duties in various settings, ensuring adherence to cleanliness standards.

Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from facility occupants.

Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within specified timeframes.

Handle heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used to maintain safety.

Maintain an organized supply inventory and report any shortages to management.

Experience Previous custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.

Experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning environments is a plus.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and facility users.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating reliability and responsibility.
