Job Title : Senior Database Developer (Microsoft SQL Server / SSRS)

Location : Toronto, ON

Duration : Contract

We are seeking a

Senior Database Developer

with strong expertise in

Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

to support enterprise-level, mission-critical systems in a public-sector environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using

Microsoft SQL Server

Build and optimize

complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and SSRS reports

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Perform

database design, data modeling, performance tuning, and ETL / SSIS integration

Support full

SDLC (Agile / Waterfall) , including troubleshooting and production support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver on project timelines

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.

10+ years of experience in database development with Microsoft SQL Server.

10+ years of demonstrated experience in development of enterprise-level information technology solutions by analyzing, coding, configuring, testing, and implementing new and by modifying / enhancing existing applications utilizing Microsoft SQL Server.

Demonstrated experience with development and maintenance of complex SQL queries, views and stored procedures.
