General Manager Lead the Rebirthof an Iconic Mountain Hotel

The Role

Mount Robson Inn is rising again rebuilt, reimagined, and ready to welcome a new era of mountain hospitality. Were searching for a General Manager who isnt just excited about running a hotel, but about building one from the ground up .

This is your chance to lead a brandnew property shaped by resilience, craftsmanship, and the spirit of the Rockies. Supported by our Director of Operations, youll :

• Build operational systems and service standards for a hotel reborn
• Craft unforgettable guest experiences that set the tone for a new legacy
• Hire, coach, and inspire a team ready to grow with the property
• Establish financial and performance foundations for long-term success
• Partner with People & Culture to create a workplace where inclusion, belonging, and mountainkind leadership thrive
