Notre client est situé à Montréal.

Description des tâches et responsabilités Support administratif

Les responsabilités du poste incluent :

  • Photocopier et numériser les demandes d'immigration;
  • Compilation électronique des documents d'immigration et des documents liés à la facturation;
  • Téléchargement des documents numérisés dans notre système interne de gestion des données;
  • Mise à jour de notre système interne de gestion des cas et / ou des feuilles de calcul d'état avec les détails du travail;
  • Préparation des courriers sortants (colis et lettre de voiture);
  • Assister l'équipe juridique dans les tâches administratives au besoin.

Exigences du poste Support administratif

  • Connaissances technologiques : Suite de produits Adobe Acrobat, Google ou Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), utilisation générale des systèmes de gestion de données et / ou de gestion de cas;
  • Bilinguisme est un atout.

As a part of its agreements with its various clients, Procom is currently seeking an Administrative support . Our client is located in Montréal.

Key responsibilities for this position include :

  • Photocopying and scanning immigration applications;
  • Electronically compiling immigration documents and billing related documents;
  • Uploading scanned documents into our internal data management system;
  • Updating our internal case management system and / or status spreadsheets with details of work;
  • Preparing outgoing couriers (package and waybill);
  • Assist the legal team with administrative tasks as needed.

Mandatory Skills Administrative support

  • Technology Knowledge : Adobe Acrobat, Google or Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), general use of data management and / or case management systems;
  • Bilingual is an asset.
