Job Description

Kognitive Sales Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a Field Marketing Representative in Stoney Creek. We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals who can engage customers in-store and promote President’s Choice Financial Products on behalf of one of Canada’s most renowned and trusted brands.

Pay Structure :

Base pay $17.60 + commission!

Responsibilities :

Educate customers on the features and benefits of President’s Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.

Understand customers' needs to make appropriate recommendations.

Provide exceptional advice and product knowledge.

Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client’s products by being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand / product.

Ensure customers have a great experience through exceptional customer service.

Engage customers creatively to share the benefits of the products.

Build positive working relationships with store personnel.

Maintain confidentiality while working with customer information.

Create excitement around the product offerings by being a subject matter expert.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in sales (financial or retail is an asset).

Comfortable with sales targets, eager to push beyond status quo.

Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting with people, with a talent for acquiring new customers.

Customer service or sales experience is an asset.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and listening.

Maintain a high level of integrity and accountability while managing confidential customer information.

Must be comfortable completing a criminal / credit background check.

Interest in learning and development through coaching and training.

Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver’s license is a plus.
