Your Impact

As the Prep Cook / Lodge Hand   at one of CHVI's flagship properties, the  Mount Engadine Lodge (MEL) , you play a vital role in the daily heartbeat of the guest experience. While you will be primarily supporting the culinary team through high-quality food preparation and kitchen excellence, you are also a versatile member of the lodge, ensuring our common areas and guest spaces remain pristine and welcoming. Working alongside the Lodge Manager and the Management Team of CHVI, you will ensure that each experience reflects the excellence, refinement, and mutual respect that define our properties. Your proactive nature and "all-hands" approach won't just keep the kitchen running smoothly, they will cultivate a work environment rooted in collaboration, positivity, and a shared commitment to an exceptional guest stay.
