Our midstream energy client is seeking an Intermediate Communications Advisor to help develop and establish internal communication plans for a business process optimization program ( )

Must Haves :

• 5+ years of internal communications communications experience, ideally within a transformation projects
• Establishing an internal communications program ( structure, systems, channels, tactics / outline for scheduled content )
• Managing content and information in formats such as leader communications, internal SharePoint , FAQs , and events
• Ability to design and develop effective communication materials tailored for diverse stakeholder groups, from front-line staff to executives.
