Description de poste2+ years of experience in financial analysis. Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, processes, and controls. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required. Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and analytical skills. Proficient in Excel – must be able to create reports from large amounts of data. Detail‑oriented and strong organizational skills. Ability to prepare financial reports and give recommendations based on available data. Good communication and presentation skills. Flex and connected mode (telecommuting, flexible schedule). Base salary range $62,000 – $67,000 CAD annually, based on experience.

About the Role
At our facility in Vaughan, ON, you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging sector as a Financial Analyst.
The Financial Analyst reports to the Plant Controller and provides support to plant accounting and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly closing, reconciliations and daily maintenance cost reports.
- Collaborate with teams to improve profitability and standardize processes.
- Track capital project costs and coordinate inventory processes.
- Analyze fixed cost expenditures and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and provide analytical support to the Senior Controller.
- Produce monthly financial reports and analyze results for variance reporting.
