Law Clerk - Plaintiff

Conte Jaswal is an established boutique plaintiff personal injury law firm, with offices in Vaughan, Whitby and St. Catharines. We are looking for an exceptionally talented and energetic Law Clerk to join us in our plaintiff personal injury practice in Vaughan or St. Catharines. The successful applicant must be a professional self-starter dedicated to providing excellent service to their clients.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, conscientious, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills. They must work well in a fast-paced environment and take pride in exceeding expectations.

Minimum 3 years experience in Accident Benefits and Tort matters, including the ability to complete OCF forms according to the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule requirements, draft pleadings (i.e., Statement of Claim, etc.), and prepare LAT Applications, mediation memorandums, and Pre-Trial memorandums. Strong computer skills are a definite requirement for this position. The ability to use legal software such as Primafact would be an asset, however, we are prepared to train the right individual.
