Role: Level 3 Practitioner
Location: Sudbury
Pay Rate: £85 – £115 per day
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract: Full-time

Are you an experienced Level 3 Practitioner ready to inspire young learners every day? GSL Education is seeking passionate and reliable Level 3 Practitioners to join a caring and supportive primary setting in Sudbury.

The Level 3 Practitioner will play an essential role in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. Working closely with teachers and other staff, the Level 3 Practitioner will support learning, play, and emotional development through engaging activities and tailored guidance.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver structured and play-based learning sessions
• Support children with early development milestones
• Encourage independence and confidence
• Maintain accurate observations and records
• Promote inclusion and wellbeing across the classroom

Requirements:
• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to supporting the holistic development of children
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education)
