Job Title : Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to team
- Create invoices, quotes and work orders
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure records are up to date
- Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
- Order office supplies and liaise with vendors
- Support onboarding processes and internal communications
- Perform general office duties to ensure day-to-day efficiency
- Must be licensed and able to drive to meet clients, pick up deliveries etc
