• What You’ll Do :
• Independently perform complex laboratory analyses with precision
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot specialized instruments
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in data documentation
• Support research protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate across departments###
• What We’re Looking For :
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• ASCP certification (MLS / CLS) required or eligible
• Clinical or hospital lab experience preferred; research experience a plus
• Ability to follow protocols while exercising sound judgment in analysis
• Strong communication, independence, and teamwork skills###

• This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and / or years of experience. The salary range will adjust along with the level of the role to match the person’s relevant experience and / or education level.
