En tant qu’interlocuteur premier de nos clients professionnels, vous créez une expérience unique en les accueillant avec le sourire et en les conseillant avec expertise vers les produits les mieux adaptés à leurs besoins.
Votre rôle va au-delà de la simple vente, vous êtes un partenaire essentiel dans la réalisation de leurs projets.
Vous accompagnez nos clients en les tenant informés des actions commerciales en cours, tout en leur suggérant des produits complémentaires. 🛠️

Vous tissez des liens uniques avec nos clients, en proposant des solutions sur mesure à chaque visite.
En étroite collaboration avec votre Chef d'Agence, vous animez le magasin en insufflant de l'énergie et de la créativité.
Vous gérez le stock du magasin, en jonglant entre la réception des marchandises et la préparation des livraisons, tout en assurant le suivi logistique.
Vous donnez vie aux rayons en mettant en avant nos produits et en garantissant la tenue des linéaires (mise en rayon, étiquetage, zonage, inventaires tournants etc.). Vous veillez à ce qu'ils soient toujours parfaits selon la règle d'or des 3P : Plein, Propre, Prix.
Vous vous assurez également de la bonne gestion de l’espace de vente et du dépôt.
Vous l’aurez compris, votre objectif ultime est de cultiver l’Excellence du service client et de transformer chaque client en ambassadeur de CEDEO.
